Pranayama + Meditation w. Marie (Virtual)
Monday's 9-10 am Virtual- This class begins with a breathwork, also known as “Pranayama,” practice, followed by a relaxing guided meditation. During breathwork Marie will help guide you in intentionally change your breathing pattern, to promote relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, and revitalize the body. Followed by a guided meditation, Marie will lead you through this relaxing guided meditation session to help you calm the mind and bring yourself back to center. This powerful class is great for learning to manage mental and physical pain/stress by taking control of your own body and mind.
